EXCHANGE POLICY

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: As per company policies, we do not accept a return. However, products are subject to an exchange within a period of 7 days after purchase.

We at ADAGIO work hard to provide our customers with clothing at an impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit/ the size of the garment does not fit you, simply exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.

Custom-made orders (where you have provided us with your measurements/ style & design is altered as per your request) are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

• the item may be damaged during transit

• or there might be a manufacturing defect

• or that a wrong item is delivered to you

 

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given above. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

 

To exchange a product, you can simply email us at customer@adagio.in with the reason and our team shall initiate the exchange procedure for you. We will share with you the shipping address for the return you are requested to ship the garment/garments properly packed with original tags yourself. We will not bear the cost of the exchange courier shipping.

 

Please note that, only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

 

 

NEED TO EXCHANGE? – FEW POINTS TO REMEMBER

 

>  Exchange requests need to be within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
 

>  All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
 

>  In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at customer@adagio.in

 

>  As you will self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the exchangerequest is raised.

 

>  Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

>   Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE CATEGORIES

Following product categories fall under "No Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

>  Any custom made garment where you have asked for customizations. Since the order is customized, we cannot accept any exchanges for the same as they have been especially made on order as per your measurements.

>Gift Cards

> Items that have been used or opened

> Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

> Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

>  Any freebies

 

 

HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE?

 

Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of the above list.

• In case of custom-made orders, neither www.adagio.in nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

WHAT AFTER YOU RAISE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?

 

Once we receive your product(s) requested for an exchange, our team will examine them to make sure they comply with the exchange policies; once the product is approved, a replacement shall be made in case it is the same product or a member from the customer care team will update you with a coupon code for the amount equivalent to the exchanged product which can be redeemed within 30days.

This Exchange Policy applies to all items (with the exception of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, socks and free items) purchased directly from adagio.in. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website www.adagio.in for the latest policy.
